Linebackers are generally the strongest, biggest, and toughest guys on the football team.  Franklin and Marshall tackle and former Ephrata football player, Chad Tothero, is certainly a hard man to power through; but he is a softy at heart. The junior blocking defenses, but tackling other issues to better the community.

Tothero participating in many community service projects. On campus, he is a student facilitator for the F & M chapter of "1in 4" - a group dedicated to rape and sexual assault prevention nation-wide; and he is also the founder of "Dip Faith," a Christian athlete ministry at F & M.

But Tothero also does his part to help out with his teammates, including organizing a youth football camp for underprivileged kids, cleaning up surrounding neighborhoods, and reading to students at Fulton elementary school.

He is a very busy guy! But says he wouldn't switch it up for anything else.

His good work also not one unnoticed. Tothero has been nominated to the All State AFCA Good Works Team, an honor recognizing collegiate football players who are making a difference.
